Terms & Conditions - PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
Product return requests must be received within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Products must be received in new or unopened condition. Due to warranty activations, all drone products must not be turned on or activated. Please contact your sales representative prior to returning for approval. The cost of shipping for all returns is at the customer's expense. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any training event canceled with 72 hours or less before to the start date is subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.
